SACANSW strives to be an umbrella body for the Somali organizations in NSW at the same time supporting the activities of member organizations, youth, women and coordinating much needed projects within the Somali communities residing in NSW with the support of Local, State and Federal Governments.
Lobbying and Advocacy on behalf of the Somali Australian Communities in NSW
SACANSW will Lobby local, state and federal governments as well as advocate on behalf of the Somali Australian communities in NSW on issues which affect them. SACANSW will also strive to assist young Somali university graduates to find work experience placements and suitable jobs for young Somalis with tertiary qualifications from Australian educational institutions.
